Client Operations Intern (Summer 2025)

Proskauer is seeking a Client Operations Intern to assist in executing the client administrative process, including billing, collections and reporting. The Intern will work closely with a Client Operation Supervisor to support a group of partners and establish and execute an effective and customer focused full‐service client processes, for the benefit of the Firm’s partners and clients.

• Assist Client Operations Supervisor with processing of billing edits in the Aderant system
• Assist Client Operations Supervisor with the collections process and ongoing maintenance of client inventory balances
• Assist Client Operations Supervisor with the preparation of reports in MS Excel
• Miscellaneous assistance and help within the department when required

• Must be a current college sophomore, junior or senior in good standing
• Previous internship or work experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willingness to work collaboratively as a member of a team with a positive attitude
• High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow through

This internship will run from June 2, 2025 through July 25, 2025.

This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
