Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic clinical team while promoting a positive and accountable culture
• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with regulatory standards and agency protocols
• Maintain adherence to systems and processes that support high-quality client care
• Support OASIS documentation accuracy and improvement initiatives
• Promote staff development through training, coaching, and supportive feedback
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care coordination
• Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa
• Previous leadership experience in a home health care setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge and experience with OASIS and home care regulations
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, inspire staff, and maintain high performance
