About the role
- Oversee the daily operations of the Urgent Care Center to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
- Provide direct supervision of clinical staff, including responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 clinical coverage.
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Assist providers with direct patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital, performing EKGs, point-of-care testing, injections, and other medical assisting duties as needed.
- Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing to meet operational and patient care needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of clinic staff.
- Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies are clean, stocked, and operational.
- Address patient concerns and promote an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve clinic operations, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
