ELIGIBLE POSITIONS:  Full-time Night Shift RN – NICU or Maternity
LIMITED-TIME OFFER:  Qualified candidates who accept employment and begin work on or before August 10, 2026!

Current, unrestricted Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum one (1) year recent RN experience in NICU or Maternity.
Previous Cullman Regional employees are eligible only if they have been separated from employment for more than twelve (12) months prior to rehire.
Must accept and maintain a Full-Time Night Shift position in NICU or Maternity.
Must satisfy all terms and conditions of the Registered Nurse Sign-On Bonus Agreement.

Job Summary:          

Performs individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.       
Completes documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.      
Adheres to case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput.        
Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.    
Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.         

QualificationsEducation:                
 Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.       

Experience:                
New graduate accepted but are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Experienced nurse with wound knowledge and case management experience preferred.                

Additional Skills/Abilities:                
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient computer skills required.
