Data Analyst - Senior

We are looking for a talented Sr. Data Analyst to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology in Seymour, IN.

• Enhancing Data Quality: By applying machine learning tools and techniques, you'll improve the quality of data and provide actionable recommendations to resolve issues.

• Optimizing Data Management: By developing data profiles and evaluating data catalog entries, you'll ensure high-quality metadata and guide product development teams. 
• Resolving Data Issues: Analyzing diverse data sets to identify and resolve data quality, coherency, and integrability issues will reduce redundancy and enhance data lifecycle management. 
• Collaborating on Data Solutions: Working with teams to develop data cleansing methods and integrating analysis findings into governance solutions will improve overall data governance. 
• Mentoring and Coaching: Providing guidance and reviewing the work of less experienced team members will foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:  

• College, university, or equivalent degree in relevant technical discipline, or relevant equivalent experience required.  
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.  
   

Experience:  

• Intermediate experience in a relevant discipline is required.  
• Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in data science is highly preferred and includes:  
  • SQL query language execution on NOSql and SQL sources  
  • Exposure to Agile software development  
  • Exposure to IoT technology  
  • Data profiling tools, technologies and coding  
  • Data Catalog tools and technologies
  • Business intelligence tools and technologies  
• Intermediate experiences in the following are preferred:  
  • Exposure to Big Data open source  
  • Clustered compute cloud-based implementation experience
