Job Description: The incumbent provides support to the Program Executive Officer for Aircraft Carriers (PEO CVN), In-Service Aircraft Carriers Program Office (PMS 312), as the Lead for the program's Cybersecurity IPT. PEO CVN provides full lifecycle acquisition support to the nation's fleet of aircraft carriers. The command is located at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.
In this role, the selectee will:
- Oversee and manage information security program implementation in support of in-service aircraft carriers.
- Manage strategy, personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security awareness, and/or other resources.
- Acquire and manage the necessary resources, including leadership support, financial resources, and key security personnel, to support information technology (IT) security goals and reduce overall organizational risk in accordance with the objectives of the PMS 312 Program Manager.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum:
- 5+ years specialized professional experience in Information Systems Security Management
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting a DoD / Navy ACAT-I program
Degree Requirements:
- Achievement of at least one of the following:
- Graduate degree in cybersecurity or related field from an accredited university
- CNSSI 4012
- NDU CIO Certificate
- NDU CISO Certificate
- AQD GA8
- Completion of military training course:
- NEC 2779 (CIN: A-531-0009)
- NEC 3372
- EKMS Manager CIN W-3B-1500 )
- A-4C-1340 (KMI)
Other Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must possess an active and fully adjudicated SECRET clearance
