About the RoleRedhorse Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Level II to provide essential support to the Engineering and Construction Management Division (ECMD) within the Facilities Services Directorate at Washington Headquarters Service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the division, enabling our team to effectively deliver critical projects. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our mission to transform the way the government uses data and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Provide general direction, establish overall objectives, plan, and conduct analysis of assigned projects as directed.
  • Assist in the formation of Excel spreadsheets, including graphs, statistical analysis, and data compilation.
  • Assist in the interpretation and dissemination of guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining office continuity during emergencies.
  • Assist in maintaining Performance Metric Reports for senior leadership.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining monthly and ad-hoc reports for leadership personnel.
  • Prepare materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls for leadership.
  • Prepare special and one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from various sources.
  • Maintain office calendars, arrange meetings, and take meeting minutes.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized filing system.
  • Create, enter, save, retrieve, edit, file, and present text, spreadsheets, and/or charts.
  • Assist in maintaining calendars for branch/division staff (15-30 employees).
  • Assist in reviewing written correspondence for grammar and punctuation.
  • Assist staff in preparing materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls.

Required Experience/Clearance

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience.
