Knowledge in reliability initiatives/techniques is strongly desired
CMMS experience 
Solid Dosage Manufacturing Experience
Proficient technical and attention to detail skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

How you’ll spend your day

• Drive Safety and Compliance Culture
• Oversight of CMMS and facilities function to support a 7 day/24hr operation
• Maintain documentation for all facilities related and maintenance activities.
• Drive Reliability Improvement initiatives for the facility 
• Implement and Sustain planning of both maintenance and facilities activities to maximize wrench time for both functions
• Oversight of spare parts and MRO operations for the facility.
• Ensure that spare parts inventory is optimized and that relevant cycle counts, obsolescence plan and KPI’s are implemented and followed.
• Report monthly status of past due facilities related PM’s or corrective work
• Ensure oversight of all facilities related services including janitorial, landscaping and other sevice related activities.
• Align team priorities with manufacturing operations requirements
• Oversee execution of emergency and corrective repairs
• Establish priorities related to distributed work
• Takes responsibility to improve skills and techniques
• Assist with negotiations, bidding and contract awards.
• Provide training or guidance to staff positions
• Oversight of external and internal resources to assess proper performance
• Work with vendors on repairs and document that activity accordingly
• Order parts and supplies for equipment or facilities as needed
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Follows training or guidance provided by other teams
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested and completes them in a timely and detailed manner
   

Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of maintenance/engineering experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or a Master’s degree with 5 years of maintenance/engineering experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
