We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. Primary Responsibilities
- Identify IT department requirements for each individual acquisition and new market
- Work with acquisition project managers and leads to coordinate acquisition timeline
- Set and track acquisition milestones for IT team managers to stay in line with deadlines
- Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Travel to each acquired branch to conduct IT onboarding procedures
- Develop travel arrangements for IT team members that will be on-site during acquisition onboarding
- Inventory acquisition branch IT assets
- Develop new processes and recommend improvements to onboarding procedures and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Provide welcome and onboarding procedures for new hires at the Corporate office
- Support Implementation team in all aspects of onboarding, acquisitions and new market set up
- Other duties as assigned
