About the role

Work Flexibility: Field-based

Division: Endoscopy
Team: Systems communication and integration
Location: Southern EU (Spain, Italy, Portugal) with potential EMEA-wide scope

What you will do :

Ensure seamless installation of high-tech operating room equipment, including surgical lights, tables, booms, and operating room integration systems, by providing technical pre-sales support, overseeing installations, and managing projects efficiently.

  • Support the sales team with technical expertise and product demonstrations.

  • Define technical requirements and propose tailored solutions to customers.

  • Provide technical training and support for sales representatives.

  • Lead and manage the installation of Integrated systems in hospitals within EMEA Region.

  • Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards during implementation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and healthcare professionals for successful deployment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation.

  • Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously across Southern Europe.

  • Maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders throughout projects.

  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to management.

Your profile

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field. 

  • ​​​Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical device and integrated operating room industry.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer/project management of large-scale integration.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with tools like Autocad drawing.  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with A/V/control system flow schematics. 

  • Fluent in English.

  • Fluent in Spanish or Italian, or both language.

  • ​Proficient on Microsoft Project; Microsoft Office. 

  • PMP or CTS certification.

Ideally/Nice to have:

  • Experience with Stryker Communications products and processes is preferred.

  • Experience working with basic mechanic tool use for mounting and adjusting ceiling mounted equipment (booms, flat panel arms and surgical lights).

Travel Percentage: 70%
