Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reddit Marketing Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end marketing workflows that drive measurable client results. This role involves researching Reddit communities, identifying high-value conversations, refining AI-generated content, and optimizing engagement strategies while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.

Job Highlights

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-Time (40+ hrs/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, either 4:00 AM–12:00 NN EST or 6:00 AM–2:00 PM EST Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home Independent Contractor role, candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection , handle their own benefits and taxes , and will be compensated on hourly rates depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

Research and identify valuable keywords across Reddit communities
Analyze subreddits to understand conversation trends and community dynamics
Discover and prioritize high-potential threads based on customer intent
Organize thread information and client metrics in structured spreadsheets
Generate AI-assisted content and refine it through editing to meet quality standards
Edit content to ensure it sounds natural, authentic, and aligned with brand voice
Collaborate with the co-founder team for final content quality assurance
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize discovery and engagement workflow

Requirements

Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills
Experience managing Reddit communities or reviewing community engagement
Background in marketing operations, digital marketing, or social media management
Strong copywriting and content editing abilities with attention to detail
Experience analyzing online conversations and identifying customer purchase intent
Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and workflow management
Comfortable working with AI content generation tools and learning new technologies
Bonus: Experience with Reddit or other social community platforms
Helpful: Experience in agency environments or client-facing work
