Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to team members on strategic planning and execution for Fannie Mae or business units within the organization. In this role, you will coordinate team activities in support of cross-functional strategic execution, as well as engage project teams and stakeholders to advance business initiatives.

The Corporate Strategy Lead role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Lead team members in and work with partner teams to advance activities related to strategy development, strategic plan formulation, and execution of business objectives. 
• Collaborate with management to identify resources to support strategic goals and new initiatives. 
• Monitoring key trends, particularly in financial and property technology. 
• Lead bodies of work including financial analysis and modeling, gathering and analyzing market and competitive intelligence, authoring Fannie Mae’s corporate strategy, and evaluating potential external partners and partnerships. 

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 
 
Minimum Required Experiences:

• At least 4 years of relevant strategy or consulting experience 
• Experience making decisions and recommendations grounded in data and business insights 
• Experience in developing and delivering clear and concise and communications for senior audiences and stakeholders 
• Experience collaborating with and coming to solutions with business partners 
•  

Desired Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
• Experience working in the primary and/or secondary mortgage markets 
• Experience working in financial or property technology
