And we are also part of the big Tripadvisor family ❤️ </p> <p>With love, </p> <p>Your future buddies, the Forkies.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <p><strong>Your scope : HR data analyst - Internship </strong><strong>(4 to 6 months)</strong><strong> - starting August/September 2023</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze data related to employees: mainly focus on performance and compensation, new hires and leavers, absenteeism, equity but the scope could be expanded</li> <li>Analyze the impact of main HR policies (such as the flexible working policy)</li> <li>Make recommendation (based on data) on improvements needed to make our Forkies (our employees) thrive in their careers</li> <li>Ensure quality and excellence in our HR analytics tools (HR information system: Workday, HR dashboards: Domo)</li> <li>Support HR leaders and key business stakeholders with strong and trustworthy HR analysis</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You will report directly to the Global HR operations director and will be part of the Global HR operations team which covers the 13 countries of TheFork.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Student in master HR, Business Administration, Business, Engineering or Data</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations</li> <li>Tech savvy: capacity to extract &amp; transform data using Excel, Gg sheets or any other tools (Alteryx) </li> <li>1st experience in data visualization would be a plus (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)</li> <li>With outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English</li> <li>Rigorous, curious &amp; detail oriented</li> <li>Open minded, responsible &amp; eager to learn</li> <li>A team player</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer to you</strong></p> <p>😄 An awesome team (not everybody like our jokes, but we try our best) </p> <p>⚖️ Flexible working environment (2 days home office per week) </p> <p>🍕 Lunch vouchers available for each working day (because yes, we like to try our best restaurants)  </p> <p>🌎 International teams - More than 30 nationalities and 16 offices worldwide </p> <p>🏳️‍🌈 Highly inclusive working environment </p> <p>🍴 Amazing offices with dining area in Paris or Nantes </p> <p>🎤 Team building events (we love karaoke.
