Senior Staff Accountant

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform the month-end closing, analyze account balances and reconcile balances to the general ledger.

• Prepare financial reports and KPI information.

• Work with operating management to provide information on business results and performance.

• Ensure all intercompany transactions are recorded properly and reconciled.

• Assist company management in audits. Coordinate related documentation for external auditors and act as a contact point during the audit process.

• Assist Tosoh subsidiaries with their questions and requests.

• Budgeting and forecasting business unit.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years general ledger accounting and financial reporting experience.

• Understanding of financial statements - income statement, balance sheet and cashflow.

• Excellent working knowledge of accounting processes and the general ledger environment.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
