We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Mgr/Project Manager - Cloud Services to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

NTT DATA is currently looking for an Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager.  This is a remote position (U.S. candidates only) with 15% travel to Dallas, Texas.

Job Responsibilities Include:

·         Maintaining positive relationships with customers.

·         Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.

·         Managing finances and budgets and tracking contract deliverables.

·         Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

·         Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.

·         Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues.

·         Providing status, updates, and dashboards to client stakeholders. Mitigate risk and accelerate resolution of outstanding issues.

·         Responsible for developing and meeting project plans/schedules, defining project execution requirements.

·         P&L Control, Complex Negotiations, MS Project and Planning Techniques, Risk Logs, Deviations and Mitigations, scope control.

·         Responsible for coordinating projects through various communications, data collection, and analysis.

•    ·         Ability to relate business knowledge to complex problems. 

·         Additionally, the candidate must have a very strong ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for results. 

 

 Basic Qualifications:

 ·        10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role

·         Deep domain experience with 5+ years of work experience in Services, cloud computing, or technical project delivery.

·         Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations is strongly preferred.

·         Experience managing technical and executive-level relationships (IT Director, VP, and C-level).

Preferred Skills:

·         A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

·         Fluent in English.

·         PMP, ITIL, Agile, Azure, AWS and GCP certifications preferred

·         Proficiency in project management methodologies and demonstrated ability to create and maintain project plans, budgets.

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.

·         Familiarity with Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.

·         Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues that arise during project execution.

·         Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles.

·         Experience mitigating project risks and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
