Position Summary

The Digital Chief of Staff serves as the primary partner for Digital Leadership team and extension of the executive team, specializing in planning and execution of capability and organizational goals. In addition to these responsibilities, this role will be focused on enabling our Digital organization to succeed — managing interesting, complex and cross-functional projects that help enable us to better serve our clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with an entrepreneurial spirit to execute key projects and get things done. They have experience working cross-functionally in high pressure environments, and possess a positive, client-focused, can-do mindset.

• Work closely with senior Business Leaders to monitor and drive key business initiatives
• Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met. Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
• Work with multiple groups across the organization on various processes – data collection, Capability and business unit leadership meetings, communication strategies, Digital townhalls and All-Hands meetings, etc.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental executives and staff to execute on key deliverables, initiatives, or to drive alignment across teams and lines of business
• Design and implement key process improvement recommendations
• Partner with Digital Lead of Operations on the annual business planning process
• Partner with HR Strategy Lead on talent management related initiatives, including recruiting, training and other year-end processes
• Liaise with other I/C Chief of Staffs to ensure global alignment with communications, business reviews, strategic initiatives and other global actions
• Identify and take on ad-hoc strategic projects - everything from defining new opportunities to executing key initiatives and closing the gaps in business and operations

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in management consulting, or operations at a fast growing technology company.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex topics to various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage, organize and prioritize, leading effectively through the dynamics of change in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to create consensus while working across all levels of an organization.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Innovator with a “get things done” mentality

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $180,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,000 - $225,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
