Security Guards (m/f/d) wanted for our international client in Mittenwalde and Ludwigsfelde!

We are currently looking for Security Guards (m/f/d) with a minimum qualification Training Certificate according to §34a GewO  (Unterrichtung § 34a GewO) to work for one of our international clients. Your task will be to ensure security at the properties in Mittenwalde and Ludwigsfelde.

*Full-time/part-time

*Working hours: 24/7, Monday - Sunday incl. public holidays, 08 -12 hours/shifts

Job Description

As a Security Guard (m/f/d) within your area of responsibility, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Carrying out interior and exterior patrols 
• Screening customers and visitors and objects
• Escorting visitors and contractors around the property
• Operating access control systems
• Communicating with your team members and shift supervisors
• Documenting incidents and activities during your shift
• Assisting with evacuation measures
• Providing services in accordance with customer specifications

After mastering your duties as a Guard, you may develop yourself by taking over the following tasks among others as Control Room Operator (m/f/d): 

• Monitoring all security systems
• Alarm management and control
• Operating various computer systems to create and process tickets
• Monitoring and managing access control systems
• Coordinating shift personnel
• Contact person for the customer in English
• CCTV monitoring
• Managing visitors and creating visitor badges
• Supporting the activation/deactivation of alarm-protected areas
• Evacuation measures and conducting security briefings

Qualifications

What you need:

• Training Certificate according to §34a GewO  (Unterrichtung § 34a GewO)
• Security Guard IHK Examination according to §34a GewO (Sachkundeprüfung gem. §34a GewO) desirable
• Good English skills mandatory (written and spoken)
• Driving license and car mandatory, as the property cannot be reached by public transport
• Confident use of a PC and various software
• High willingness to undergo regular training to expand your knowledge and skills
• Valid guard ID (Bewacher ID) required and willingness to carry out additional background checks at the request of the customer
• High sense of responsibility and service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, punctuality and accuracy
• Good written and spoken German
• Goal-oriented thinking and acting
• Customer-oriented professional experience desirable
• Impeccable police clearance certificate
• Flexibility to work for both of the client's locations (Mittenwalde & Ludwigsfelde)
