In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing and communication plans that align with institutional goals.
Cultivate relationships with third-party service providers to create effective enrollment campaigns.
Manage external marketing efforts and internal student communications, overseeing our Student Communication Coordinator.
Contribute compelling content for both large-scale and targeted enrollment initiatives.
Coordinate print and electronic communications, ensuring timely dissemination and impactful placement of advertising.
Work closely with our Web Content Manager to maintain accurate and up-to-date website information for students and prospective customers.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, this position plans and implements in the creation of integrated campaigns to grow enrollment within IRSC and continue to increase college going in the community. Collaborates with colleagues across the college to optimize the use of communication vehicles such as: electronic publications, AI, websites, e-newsletters, direct mail, social media, video, and other multimedia.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works collaboratively with team members from across the college in developing marketing and communications strategies to support institutional goals.
Works with and manages relationships with 3rd party service providers to develop effective enrollment marketing campaigns.
Manages all external marketing and internal student communications, including supervision of Student Communication Coordinator.
Contributes content for large and small enrollment campaigns and initiatives.
Works collaboratively to schedule and disseminate print and electronic communications and placement of advertising.
Works closely with Web Content Manager to ensure website content is up to date and accurate to provide information to customers and students.
Completes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, marketing, or communications.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience working in a marketing, journalism, or communications role, with preference in an educational setting
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight timelines, priorities, and resource constraints.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
