Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead innovative projects around capacity tooling. You’ll also champion agile methodologies, driving sprint cycles and iterative improvements that translate customer insights into actionable results.

Your Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in product management or product marketing
  • Experience leading cross functional teams
  • Technical Product Development and lifecycle experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IaaS Cloud Services or Data Center Infrastructure 
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success  
  • Customer focus with experience working with enterprise customers and developers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 
Your Responsibilities

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Platform definition and positioning by focusing on key Oracle differentiators
  • Digital content focused on use cases & architecture patterns 
  • Competitive differentiators analysis and collaboration with competitive intelligence team to deliver customer facing assets
  • Launch product updates by engaging with various stakeholders to commercialize
  • Build credible references, success stories and active participation in customer review programs.
  • Work with Engineering/Architecture/QA teams to implement the product roadmap
  • Work with sales and business development teams to drive the right GTM and sales plays, provide feedback back to the product team that helps shape our product strategy and roadmap 
  • Be our product evangelist - engage directly with customers and partners, participate and present in external events and conferences, etc.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
