• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues

• Monitor and follow up on customer concerns to ensure resolution

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or client service role
