Grow with us as a Senior Analyst, Customer Service on our Order-to-Delivery team, where you’ll manage complex, high-priority accounts and deliver exceptional service. This hybrid role is based in Grand Rapids, MI.
We collaborate with cross-functional partners across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales, and Customer Logistics to deliver seamless order-to-delivery experiences. We optimize fulfillment and resolve challenges through data-driven insights and collaboration, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence for Kellanova.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Focus – Represent our customers and sales teams, serving as their voice internally. Manage fulfillment of complex, high-priority orders from placement to delivery, ensuring consistent and reliable performance while championing a customer-first culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Foster strong partnerships across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external partners. Collaborate to resolve escalations, drive proactive solutions for logistics and transportation issues, and align on strategies that deliver results.
- Process Optimization – Utilize SAP and analytics tools to streamline order management. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve processes, reduce discrepancies, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Lead initiatives to enhance service capabilities such as EDI, VAS, and inventory management. Support system testing and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
- Leadership & Capability Building – Mentor peers and contribute to a high-performance team culture. Share best practices and champion initiatives that build skills and strengthen team capabilities.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of related experience.
- Six Sigma/LEAN certification, experience in shared services or multinational environments.
- Strong customer relationship management and ERP skills (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $50,900 - $66,780, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
