Job Title: Associate Director of Marketing – CAPVAXIVE Field Execution

Job Description:

The Field Execution and Customer Engagement role plays a critical leadership role in the ongoing launch of CAPVAXIVE, a key growth driver for the organization and high priority, amidst a highly competitive and dynamic market. This individual will be responsible for developing and driving the execution for CAPVAXIVE through collaboration with the brand team, field sales leadership, customer marketing, learning and development. In addition, this individual will work closely with the HCP Product Marketing Owner (PMO) to develop or optimize resources used by our customer-facing teams. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Sales Leadership in all aspects of preparation, planning and ongoing integration related to product promotion and execution

  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Training to identify and prioritize training and development

  • Lead field planning for targeting, KPIs, meetings, and communications

  • Collaborate with key internal experts to maximize customer engagement through the use of digital analytics

  • Collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Owner (PMO), and brand strategy point to develop/optimize resources used for our customer-facing teams 

  • Leading the planning and development of resources for all field sales touch points such as teleconferences, webcasts, and semester meetings

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement: 

Required: BA/BS

Preferred: MBA

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, marketing/field support, or sales management role

  • Customer-orientation, results-driven, focus on teamwork and collaboration

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent project planning & management skills; strong analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Works effectively in fast paced and time constrained situations

  • Proven ability to drive execution

  • Business understanding & organizational awareness, cross-functional collaboration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft office applications

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Sales Management Experience, preference for Vaccines

  • Promotion experience including bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review

  • Experience in or working with sales organizations
