We are looking for a Test Lead to join our growing team!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with product, design, and development team members to understand business requirements and to communicate problem impacts/risks

• Create and execute test plans and scripts that accurately and reliably assess application quality.

• Analyze test results to discover and report defects, following best practices as defined by the team.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation tests and framework libraries to verify the functionality and reliability of our software (Playwright, Java, Kafka)

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure that object-oriented design best practices are followed at all times. Automation code should be easy to extend and support

• Be knowledgeable in the features for which the team is responsible; in collaboration with peers, develop quality assurance measures and testing standards.

• Communicate test progress, test results, and quality of application changes

• Set standards in and coach other QAs in test environment and data setup and management

• Apply a thorough understanding of relevant technology to deliver robust test suites. (web technologies, REST APIs and web services, Java, XML, JS, CSS, and HTML)

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing (Jenkins, Azure, etc.)

• Use creativity and initiative to improve product test reliability, coverage, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Define the overall testing strategies

• Define testing requirement,

• Define test cases and testing scenarios

• Manage and load test cases into HP ALM

• Will manage and perform testing along with the business

• Ensure all testing data has been loaded into HP ALM

• Prepare status reports on testing results

• Create and manage change tickets in relation to the various go-live dates

• Develop testing closure memos

• 10+ years technical experience for large projects including hardware and software testing and validation.

• Sr. QA test delivery lead with minimum 5+ years SDLC experience

• Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability.

• Provide testing guidance and support to team members.

• Acts as a subject matter expert in designing and recommending quality/testing approaches and methodology.

• Review and/or provide quality assurance input to team members for testing deliverables.

• Schedule the test executions and oversee progress, quality, status, and results.

• Act as test champion and liaison to IT QA Change Management

• Strong verbal and communication skills

• Highly organized and with the ability to lead and influence others

• Coordinate with team members and IT resources

• Responsible for effective development and implementation test strategies and plans to ensure that all information systems, products, and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements

• Develop test strategy and plan and ensure adequate validation evidence is captured.

• Create status reports, closure documents, testing validation in collaboration with testers for all

• Manage defect resolution in HP ALM

• Follow all Newmont QA processes and procedures.

• Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suites of products, (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

• Must exhibit excellent organizational skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

• Must be able to communicate professionally (both verbally and in writing)

• Asist with detailed project plans and track progress throughout various stages of the project lifecycle

• Assist with meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking risks.

• Report and escalate project performance to Project Manager as needed.

• Willing to learn project management tools such as Smartsheet, DevOps.

• Build relationships and partner with Project Team and Investment Manager

Mandatory Skills:

• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision to meet required timelines.

• Prior experience as an integration test lead.

• HP ALM Experience
