ManTech is seeking a Master Scheduler to support a pivotal Defense Health Agency (DHA) program within our Health Portfolio. This role develops and maintains an integrated master schedule for multiple agile teams developing, deploying, and maintaining a cloud-based enterprise software system.  

 

The program is based in Fort Detrick, Maryland. This position is on-site, but hybrid or telework options are available for exceptional candidates on a case-by-case basis.  

 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) /Integrated Master Plan (IMP) support to the program. 

  • Develop, Integrate and Maintain multiple government and contractor schedules into program top-level Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and associated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as day-to-day execution tools used by government to periodically assess progress in meeting program requirements. 

  • Develop Solutions for mitigating schedule risk and achieving program goals and objectives. Report on program and project progress IAW the IMP at program 

  • Review and resolve critical path, inconsistencies, and conflicts. Identify and recommend scheduling best practices. 

  • Solicit feedback from the project teams to develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure in accordance with PMI-PMBOK standards. 

 
Position Requirements:  

  • B.S. or relevant experience in related field. 

  • Ten (10) years’ experience creating, maintaining, and tracking integrated master project schedules for programs that exceed $5M a year in cost utilizing Microsoft Project scheduling software, to include identifying the critical path, resource loading, project linking, and cost/schedule integration. 

  • Five (5) years’ experience working with project managers to develop detailed schedules and assist the project managers in keeping these schedules current. 

  • At least three (3) years direct experience with on a Department of Defense program is desired. 

  • Experience or certification with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired 

  
Clearance Requirement: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust suitability; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only. 

Physical Requirements:  

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.  

The projected compensation range for this position is $135,300-$226,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
