Senior Product Manager

Aretum is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative product solutions that meet the needs of our government and commercial clients. In this key role, you will drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our product offerings.

As a Senior Product Manager at Aretum, you will leverage your product management expertise to navigate complex stakeholder requirements, prioritize product features, and foster collaboration across teams. Responsibilities:

• Product manager responsible for ensuring a healthy and effective team
• Ensure all team members are aligned around a set of shared team goals and have clear, actionable tasks that support those goals.
• Ensures that the team prioritizes valuable work and includes measurable outcomes and human centered-design principles, such as DevOps metrics and developer experiences, into shared team goals
• Should have a background as a scrum master, product manager, agile coach, or a similar role

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in government or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering successful product solutions from conception through launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Understanding of CI/CD, DEVSECOPS and Cloud
• Experience with federal government contracting is a plus.
