We are looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, to lead a newly combined team developing software for the SimSpace platform.  The ideal candidate needs to have solid management skills to lead teams to deliver quality software with Agile methods. This person should be devoted to continual improvement and fostering a team culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and creativity.

In this position, you’ll lead your team through complex technical projects and collaborate closely with other teams to build high-quality, scalable software. The focus is on providing oversight, guidance, work plans and engineering know-how for the emulation software stack. Specifically, this position will be tasked with:

• Offensive Cyber Security Attack Emulation engine
• User Emulation engine across Windows and Linux systems

What will you be doing as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering at SimSpace?

• Lead and manage teams tasked with the design, development, and maintenance of our software products.
• Work closely with the product management team to ensure software development projects are aligned with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of features.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and cybersecurity.
• Improve and adapt Agile processes to enhance the team's velocity, quality, and delivery of essential software platform features and functions.

Who you are:

• Experienced software engineering manager with a well-developed background in software development and architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software engineering teams.
