We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant for Fleet Support in Stockton, California. 

Primary Job duties include:

  • Provide routine administrative support for fleet operations.
  • Data entry for fuel and equipment maintenance tracking, licensing, and registration for vehicles, and tracking of taxes and fees for heavy trucks. 
  • Regular phone, email, and computer work.
  • Tracking and reporting of equipment utilization in company business systems.
  • Oversee implementation of telematics systems used for tracking and inspections.
  • Maintain fuel inventory records, including writing purchase orders and performing cycle counts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Strong data entry skills, highly proficient with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to have positive interactions with a variety of customers is required. 
  • Experience or knowledge of equipment maintenance strategies, fuel management or truck licensing and PUC's a plus.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
