The Purpose of Your Role 

As a Russian/Ukrainian/English Bilingual Account Executive, you will build and maintain client relationships by managing account and assessing risks on freight bills. Our Account Executives are responsible for making quick business decisions that have a real impact on Apex and our clients. 

The first 6 months of training will be onsite in Fort Worth, TX and would then transition to a hybrid work arrangement. For this reason, candidates must be located in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Candidates must also be willing to travel nationally up to 10% of the time.

The Value You Bring 

As a Bilingual Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for our clients to ensure that Apex’s processes and products are meeting their needs, which includes addressing pain points, quickly resolving issues, and educating clients on ways they can grow their business.  

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients within an assigned portfolio. 

• Exercise discretion and manage risk through analysis and making decisions on client accounts. 

• Cross sell value-added services according to customer needs and objectives. 

• Obtain referrals from existing clients and see those referral clients through the sales and onboarding process. 

Required Experience/Education/Skills 

• High school diploma or equivalent.  

• 1+ year of customer service or account management experience. 

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. 

• Proficiency speaking, reading, and writing Russian/Ukrainian.  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
