Job Description:

Your way to impact
Your key mission will be to ensure every integration in the Fastlane ecosystem is compliant and operating smoothly.  You will partner with internal teams to develop discovery, alerting, and resolution capabilities for internal and external Fastlane merchants and partners.

Your day to day
In your day to day role you will

  • Partner with internal teams to build dashboards and monitoring capabilities to identify issues with Fastlane integrations across merchants and partners

  • Define alerting capabilities to notify internal and external stakeholders when issues are detected

  • Define resolution channels for identified issues using priority codes and baselining current metrics

What do you need to bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience preferably focusing in analytics or alerting platforms

  • Background in merchant checkout preferred

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical background with experience in building dashboards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for cross organizational collaboration

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
