Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee daily operations at our job site. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work hands-on when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Lead crew in safe, efficient solar installations.
• Ensure the truck is stocked and the job site is prepared.
• Install solar modules, racking, and electrical components.
• Enforce safety protocols and inspect work quality.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Communicate with project managers and clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Must know solar/battery back up electrical.
• Installation experience required; and electrical experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols.
• Effective communication with crew and clients.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and in confined spaces.
• Respond to verbal commands and follow safety guidelines.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday, 6 AM start - some weekends may be required.
