Part-Time Warehouse Associate/ Delivery Driver - 25 hours (paid weekly)

As a part of our growth, PGW Auto Glass, a leader in the Auto Glass industry with over 100 years’ experience, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver. PGW has over 100 warehouses throughout the United States and Canada.  The Associate must have an excellent driving record they occasionally operate a Company vehicle to deliver products to customers. 

 Essential Job Duties:

·        Operate an Order Picker and Forklift (Pulling Orders and Stocking Products)

.        Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner.

·        Physically loads Company truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made.

.        Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.  

·        Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from customer.

·        Makes proper notations on the manifest and provides receipts on parts being returned from customers to the branch.

·        Collects COD payments, as necessary.

·        Works in such a manner as to prevent shortages and damage to products.

·        Complies with established Company policies and procedures.

·        Assumes other duties as assigned.

 Drivers over 10,001 lbs.

 · Subject to DOT Procedures - driver logs, unexpired medical card, etc.

 

Monday - Friday, shift: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (some flexibility)

80% of the time spent in the warehouse, 20% of the time spent driving

25 hours, weekly pay

Compensation: $22.00 per hr.
