Job Description
This role will be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Seattle or New York City.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Notifications team in building experiences and features that professionals don’t just use, but love.
As part of our Growth team, you will be responsible for driving impact on a product that touches all parts of the LinkedIn ecosystem.
You will design, ramp, and optimize features used by millions of people every day on a platform powered by an advanced AI engine.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execute on the roadmap for notification experiences and the underlying AI decisions across notifications channels in and out of the app
- Execute experiments across email and push channels
- Assess viability of new notification channel opportunities
- Partner with user research to understand the specific needs of our different audience cohorts
- Serving as a leader in Notification principles guidance for the entire company
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BS degree in a technology-related field or 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a technology-related field
- Experience building mobile and web products, particularly on UX features, with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch
- Experience owning and reporting on business metrics
- Knowledgeable about or experienced with building AI technologies, social media ecosystems, or platform products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
