The Enterprise Growth Manager, North America is responsible for leading workstreams within a series of market-category engagements across North America (e.g., US Oral Health, Canada Pain Relief). This individual will serve an internal consultant leading workstreams within these enterprise growth projects.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Manage the enterprise growth process across one or more workstreams covering the following elements: equity, comms, media, innovation, in-store execution, dCom and expert

  • Drive and be responsible for the drumbeat and progress for assigned workstreams

  • Leverage data and analytics to better understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities for the given workstreams, working closely with the North America Enterprise Growth Lead, Enterprise Growth Managers and other subject-matter experts

  • Provide hands-on support, challenge the BU teams and help reach aligned recommendations, together with the North America Enterprise Growth Lead

  • Perform bespoke analyses across the different workstreams and levers of the enterprise growth model

  • Drive solution design and assess financial upside, roadmap and enablers of identified initiatives

  • Build workshop support and help manage plenary and breakout sessions

  • Ensure consistent deployment of the enterprise growth approach, process and analyses

  • Capture new learnings on approach/deployment across North America enterprise growth projects

*this role is based in Warren NJ and follows hybrid model requiring a 2-3 day in office presence

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Analytics and/or Project Management in the OTC and/or CPG industries

  • Business acumen and experience working across RGM elements, including equity, comms, media, innovation, in-store execution, dCom and expert

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and execute analyses

  • Ability to effectively engage teams, from listening to facilitating dialogue to converging to actions

  • Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Solid team player as well as independent thinker

  • Pragmatic and action oriented, with a challenging and provocative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, International Business or a related field

  • Experience in regional or global roles across markets

  • Experience across categories or managing a portfolio of brands

  • Experience with the Repeatable Growth Model

  • Prior experience in management consulting or internal consulting is a plus
