What You Will Do:
The Digital Design Senior Consultant will support multiple federal agency and commercial clients including presentations, reports, infographics, social media, data visualizations, illustrations, animations, and more. Digital Design Consultants must be able to engage directly with client to facilitate brainstorming and gathering of design specifications for work products.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of Five (5) years of experience
  • Minimum Degree required: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree
  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
  • Demonstrated portfolio of work, including samples (include link on resume)
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects, tasks, and timelines
  • Experience creating and designing the following:
    • Infographics/one-pagers
    • Logos/brand identity
    • Presentations
    • Reports
    • Animations/short videos
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
  • The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described
  • Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience and location
  • This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week
  • Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • At least Three (3) years as a consultant with the federal government or other clients in highly regulated industries
  • Experience in User Experience and/or User Interface (UX/UI) design
  • Ability to create motion graphics, including animation and videos
  • Experience with other design tools such as Figma

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
