What You'll Do:
As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will own and lead key training initiatives, specialise in advanced sales methodologies, and work closely with leadership to align training programs with business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver advanced training programs tailored to specific sales roles (e.g., SDR, AE, Partner Teams).
Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNA) to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
Create and launch new training modules for advanced selling techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Mentor and coach Junior Trainers to ensure consistent quality and delivery of training programs.
Analyze training outcomes, using data to measure performance improvements and optimize programs.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align enablement strategies with revenue and pipeline goals.
Serve as the point of contact for sales teams, providing ongoing support and guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar role; previous experience in sales and/or account management is highly valued.
Sales Methodologies: Deep knowledge of frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead training programs and mentor junior team members.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to measure training impact and drive improvements.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
Adaptability: Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish & English; additional languages are a HUGE plus.
