 As a Maintenance Route Manager for Precision Landscape, you will be instrumental in meeting our customers' needs and driving the success of our operations. In this role, you will oversee and manage a designated route, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include leading field teams, managing work tickets, and maintaining quality control to guarantee customer satisfaction. Typical Day

You can expect to work Monday- Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm

• Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
• Represent the company well on-site through good communication with fellow team members or clients, clean work sites, and clean equipment.
• Ensure that the whole team works on tasks assigned that day for the completion of that specific project.
• Follow the process for maintaining each property.
• Return to the shop once the route is complete.

Requirements

 (You may apply even if you do not meet every qualification)

• 1-3 years of Lawn Maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, string trimmer, backpack blower, and specialized equipment.
• Has and is willing to expand horticultural knowledge.
• Ability to develop a general working knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
• Ability to learn and safely use the equipment on the job site.
• Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
