Assuring all food is assembled in a clean, orderly area, while complying with all food codes. Must be able to operate the dish machine, complete proper cleaning, sanitizing and storage of all dishes/utensils.  Supports the goal of providing quality food in a wholesome, sanitary manner to customers of all age groups including newborn to geriatrics.
