About the role
- Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal.
- Perform routine maintenance on critical building systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, fire suppression, dock equipment, etc.
- Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures.
- Operate heavy machinery to include scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift.
- Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
- Replacing light bulbs, wall sockets, machine power drops and switch covers as needed in conjunction with facilities maintenance.
- Experience running electrical conduit.
