Intern - People Operations

Description

We're looking for passionate college student to join us as an People Operations Intern in a hybrid role in Pooler, GA. As part of our team, you'll help shape our brand through engaging onboarding experiences. This internship offers the chance to lead impactful projects, earn college credit and pay, and gain insights into the telecommunications industry.

Location: Pooler, GA

Position Type: Internship (Hybrid - in-office & remote)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the on-boarding process from the time an offer is accepted until the new hire starts.
• Collaborate with all hiring departments to ensure an excellent onboarding for new associates.  
• Participate in recruiting for a variety of roles.
  • Provide feedback on which techniques work best.
• Conduct variety of employee surveys.

Program Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in a degree or technical school program.
• Upper-level student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Ability to meet internship program requirements.
• Flexibility to work in-office, remotely, and on-site, including weekends.
