The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day implementation of the grant-funded programs, including: supporting recruitment efforts for the EMT courses and coordinating with the contracted EMT course providers; supporting the logistics of the learning collaborative for the VITAL and PREVENT programs, facilitating communication between EMS agencies, Medical Direction, Recovery Agencies, and Treatment Programs and functioning as the overall project navigator; performing data entry and analysis per the grant's requirements. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Vermont licensed EMS practitioner.
• Experience in project and grant management, strongly preferred.
• Supervisory and educational experience, strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) (or equivalent) certification preferred or active pursuit thereof.
• Three or more years of project management experience, preferably in a health care setting or large, complex organization.

This is a grant funded position.
