• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $72,000
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. Employee will be required to work additional hours and days as needed to support business needs. Weekend work would compensate a spot bonus.

We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Operations Fulfillment Manager (small parts) to oversee the day-to-day functions of our small operations department within a high-volume warehouse environment. This position is responsible for managing a team of 20 to 30 warehouse associates and ensuring timely and accurate outbound shipments of small boxed components. The ideal candidates will be accountable for cancel line management, outbound order accuracy, and ensuring all processes meet strict operational deadlines. Candidates must have prior leadership experience in warehouse settings, be proficient in warehouse management systems and Excel, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and operate with a clear sense of urgency. 

Summary
The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
