Acting as a key escalation and governance owner, you will monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and commercial functions to translate client needs into actionable solutions. You will also play a critical role in strengthening executive relationships, leading structured business reviews, and identifying growth opportunities.
