What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and excellence in administrative processes

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a talented team of dental professionals

• Oversee patient relations, resolving concerns with empathy and promptness

• Optimize scheduling, treatment planning, and patient communication

• Handle budgeting, billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment

• Create and implement procedures that enhance office efficiency and elevate care

• Build strong relationships with referring practices and support marketing efforts

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of dental practice management experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in dental management software

• Solid understanding of dental insurance and billing

• A passion for patient-centered care

Bonus points for prior experience in specialty dentistry such as endodontics or oral surgery!
