About the project

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to help a leading Insurance global company to expand worldwide the implementation of their e-commerce platform (with 5 years in production).

About you

In this exciting project, you will play a key role in connecting the needs of the business across different countries and requirements with the current e-commerce system.

You'll be the Product Owner of a technical team, made by a Software Developer and UI/UI.

Working under Scrum methodologies you will be in charge of creating and validating the user stories/case to achieve the successful integration between e-commerce platforms.

We are searching for an experienced Product Owner, highly organized, and able to connect with stakeholders and business needs with the implementation of the e-commerce platform.

About your day-to-day:

• Build solid and effective relationships with business and development stakeholders across different countries
• Create the user case, overseeing the implementation roadmap
• Defining the acceptance criteria for integration/migration processes
• Organize sprints using Scrum Methodology
• Collaborate with technical teams to transform prototypes into product specifications and user stories attending to the stakeholders' needs
• Manage product backlog to ensure the team
• Analyze data performance metrics to guide your decisions and improve product outcome
• Validate by accepting or rejecting the results of the development team based on acceptance criteria

Requirements

Key qualifications and skills

• Proven experience of +3 years acting as Product Owner in Corporate Environment.
• Background as a technical professional (QA, software development, IT business analyst, etc.).
• Experience building user cases/histories and technical requirements.
• Solid stakeholder management skills, being able to align their needs with the product.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of Agile development methodologies and its tools (Gitlab, Jira).
• English proficiency as your primary language
• BSc/Master's in Engineering or IT Management.

• Experience with e-commerce solutions
• Prior experience with the Insurance industry
• Prior experience with Salesforce
• Experience working with technical teams with Java stack
• Software development experience
• Agile/Scrum methodologies experience.

For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.
