This role is pivotal in <strong>ensuring financial stability, minimizing credit risk, and supporting overall organizational performance</strong>.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations of the accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application</li> <li>Ensure timely invoicing and accurate recording of receivables in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards</li> <li>Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency</li> <li>Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness</li> <li>Assess customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits</li> <li>Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders</li> <li>Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and audit preparation</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts receivable team</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li> <li>5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role</li> <li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit analysis, and collections strategies</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li> <li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>NICE TO HAVE</strong></h2> <ul> <li>CPA or MBA</li> <li>Experience in high-v
