Your Tasks:

  • Responsible for product management in the areas of coding, medical controlling, and revenue management for the markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with LKF as the primary focus for Austria

  • Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision and strategic direction for medical controlling and revenue management

  • Own the product roadmap Austria, including strategic prioritization and alignment with ORBIS Medical Controlling modules

  • Collect, analyze, define, and prioritize market, customer, and regulatory requirements with specific attention to Austrian LKF processes

  • Prepare, support, and conduct customer workshops for requirements validation and solution alignment

  • Ensure a structured defect management process and maintain high quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle

  • Drive implementation of prioritized requirements in close collaboration with R&D, fellow product managers, and key stakeholders

You bring in:

  • Degree in medicine, health economics, medical controlling, nursing, or a comparable field of study or training, ideally complemented by additional qualification in medical controlling

  • You have at least 5 years of practical experience in medical controlling in somatic medicine; knowledge of psychiatry would be desirable, e.g., in a hospital, health insurance company, medical service, or through experience with a software manufacturer.

  • Knowledge of the LKF model in Austria is essential.

  • You have knowledge of and are interested in processes in the field of medical controlling and revenue management and are able to communicate these clearly to non-experts

  • IT skills (ORBIS or comparable HIS, medical software in general)

  • An independent way of working and very good analytical skills as well as excellent communication and self-management skills

  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English are required

The minimum salary for this position is € 56.000 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
