The Principal Control Account Manager (CAM) is part of the Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department. This is an opportunity to join a team developing next generation Radar and Missile test equipment, as well as providing support to existing fielded test stations. 

What You Will Do

The Principal CAM will work hand-in-hand with STS project leads performing Control Account Manager tasks such as: monthly performance inputs, baseline change request coordination, and monthly variance analyses. There is also an expectation to lead various bid and proposal activities.

• Serve as the Senior Control Account Manager (CAM) for various STS programs and initiatives

• Contribute inputs to regular project management activities such as monthly variance reviews, quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews, risks and opportunities, etc.

• Serve as the department lead for proposal estimation and writing, including Basis of Estimates (BOEs)

• Work with project leads and Section Managers in the department to ensure the proper staffing of programs and proposals – including outlook loading

• This position is 100% ONSITE in Tewksbury, MA

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience

• Experience maintaining program financial controls including Earned Value Management Systems, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring applications

• Experience with business and project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and/or EVMS tracking software and procedures

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

• Finance or related degree, highly preferred

• Experience with technical projects in the realm of electrical engineering and/or computer science

• Experience in technical risk and opportunity management

• Earned Value Management (EVMS) Certification

• Experience with proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE) writing

• Existing US Government Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance
