Position Overview:

As the Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief, Lead, or Inspector you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our Aviation Airframe and Powerplant (APG), Structures, Interior or Avionics Mechanics. You'll lead a dynamic team of skilled technicians and specialists, overseeing the maintenance task management of assigned Mechanics while maintaining our customer's state-of-the-art equipment. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our customers' Aircraft while remaining in compliance with all FAA policies and regulations. As Leaders in our Company, you work overtime as necessary. 

 

What you'll need:

     1. High School Diploma or GED.

     2. Must have appropriate FAA. and A&P certification; specialized aircraft Trade training is a plus.

     3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy aircraft mechanic. Aviation Inspectors must have FAA A&P Certs and GEN FAM Certification

     4. Three (3) years of transport-type aircraft or related experience required. Must presently be at a minimum a Skill: Level III Mechanic.
