Senior Program Coordinator - Gaming and Esports  

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•  Domestic and overseas sourcing/quotes for merchandise, corporate fulfillment of custom product needs
• Manages stock and inventory levels by re-ordering, maintaining, or discontinuing products and communicating that information to others
•  Responsible for Art requests, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Marketing requests
• Responsible for the return of damages, wrong orders and unwanted product. Also responsible for purchase order discrepancies and missing packing lists
•  Creates SKU numbers for merchandise based on guidelines from team
•  May prepare sales orders
•  Must be able to learn all the functions of our inventory software (M3)
•  Keeps a highly organized approach on all phases of ordering to project to completion
• Supports the creation of presentations, visuals for assortments, recaps, etc.
•  Helps with sales presentations
•  Must possess a high level of professionalism in a team structure both internally, with vendors and clients
• Work well with cross-departmental teams to support the business- Marketing, E-Commerce, the Distribution Center, Finance, and more
•  Must be creative, problem solving and a critical thinker.
• Position requires hours at a computer entering data which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
•  Other duties may be assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College or four years related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• This position requires that the person be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
• Strong computer skills are a must. Use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and comfortable use of Internet is necessary.
• Must have excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand and follow work processes.
• Must have an awareness of retail KPI's to be able to identify opportunities issues as they arise
