Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and should be excellent at multi-tasking.


The Role:
  • Supervise the Dyno lab
  • Own test schedules on Dyno lab
  • Interpret test requests and translate into test profiles for dynamometers.
  • Physically install and setup test articles on test beds.
  • Execute an array of standard and non-standard test profiles with critical attention and focus.
  • Flash various software versions to test articles.
  • Provide organized and detailed feedback to test requestors during tests.
  • Regularly update test tickets with findings, notes, and complete test reports.
  • Interact directly with engineers from various cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage data acquisition systems and related instrumentation.
  • Diagnose and debug issues at a system, modular, and component level with a precise and methodical approach- Escalate internally as needed.
  • Design and fabricate necessary supporting equipment for various tests.


Qualifications:
  • Ability to work successfully in an independent capacity with minimal guidance.
  • Able to do Software upgrades to drive units
  • Assemble test fixtures
  • Basic wiring diagnostic experience


Education:
  • AS Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
